I got my LASIK done in February. Six months later I am loving my eyes! Dr. Holzman performed my procedure and it went very smoothly. I did all my follow-up with Dr. Tina Burr, the Clinical Director. She is phenomenal!! I think the thing I appreciated most is that these doctors know their stuff and are committed to giving you the information you need to have a safe procedure and a good recovery. I felt like I was in the best hands.
If you are planning to do LASIK, make sure you have a couple of days off after the procedure. As others have said, the surgery itself is painless. However the days following are rather uncomfortable. You aren’t in pain but your eyes are super tender. I guess that is to be expected with any surgery though.
