Contacts After LASIK Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
Description
All of the Holzman Laser Vision Centers throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. perform laser eye surgery where no contacts after LASIK are needed. Dr. Andrew Holzman mentions that 99% of his patients are content after one LASIK surgery, with only 1% needing enhancement treatments.
A patient will still be able to wear contact lenses after Lasik surgery. However, it’s incredibly rare that they would choose to or would need to. Ninety-nine percent of our patients have just one treatment and are happy and done. The other one percent have what’s called an enhancement procedure, and that procedure is covered in the cost of our procedure in a lifetime commitment. It is very, very rare that someone would choose to wear contact lenses after the surgery.
