DR. ANDREW HOLZMAN: We have a very, very caring staff here at TLC and they’re a very highly dedicated group of people. They take pride in what they do. They want to be the very best at what they do. And I feel that they are the very best at what they do. It’s amazing to me, the technological expertise that it takes and the volume of patients that we see here, it takes a lot of experience to be perfect every time and I’m very happy and very, very lucky to have such a highly experienced group is just a joy to work with. Each of my staff members cares about the patient and not just the procedure. So it comes through to the patient that they feel comfortable, they’re in hands that care about them through every step of the process. They’re a very, very friendly staff and very outgoing people, which is important for me. I want the personality of the office to be very upbeat and I’m lucky to have a very outgoing group of people here at TLC that works with me. We want every single patient to do very, very well and have a perfect outcome, but we also want the experience to be excellent. So I think the staff goes above and beyond to make the patient feel warm and welcome and have an excellent experience at the center. They’re very they could feel this vibe that we all get along together like a family. FEMALE VOICE 2: This office is special because we work as a team to insure great patient outcome. Dr. Holzman has a large base of local eye doctors in the area that feel that he is the best surgeon in the area so they have a large group of patients being referred in that way. That we handle a lot of volume here so we’re able to pull together as a team and handle a great volume of patients.
