Dr. Holzman was recently at American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery conference in San Francisco. ASCRS. It is there that industry and professional leaders of refractive surgery gather annually to discuss new techniques, products and salient issues relating to patient care and vision correction surgery. Dr. Holzman was recently nominated to sit on the Medical Advisory Board for TLC Vision Corporation. This is a small group of highly respected TLC Laser Eye surgeons who serve to counsel other national surgeons on challenging cases and also to investigate new ways for improving vision correction to beyond 20/20. Dr Holzman has always been a useful source of information within TLC and for other surgeons as well, but now he has an official post sitting on the Advisory Board. Congratulations to Dr H!
While in San Francisco at ASCRS Dr. Holzman found some time to rent a bike and conquer the Golden Gate Bridge by bicycle. Pretty cool thing to do!
